Bioi am using this journal to keep track of my weight, my mistakes, my triumphs, my goals, my loses. My BMI used to be 15.1 but now, im at 18.6 which is normal. ive gained the weight back. i am very anti-social, im a hermit crab, but i want to talk with other people with an ED. i have no one in my life who understands what its like.
